I need your help for ther release changes

Hi all ,
     There is a issue need all of your help ,And i would like to know where i 
can find the new features added in a new release? ,if fixed bugs in the new 
realse is included it will be much helpful
 
what's more i can find the new added features and bug fixed in oracle netweb, 
And it seems  different with the openjdk in release. is there a netweb which 
can offer this information.
