I don't have any objection to Windows-specific changes, but unless we
have a Windows maintainer the Windows port will inevitably bitrot.
I can try to maintain windows builds. I guess there won't be a lot of
changes in jdk6 and most of backported changes have been already well
tested in jdk7u.
I'll send patches for current build in separate email thread.
