Thanks Mark - I look forward to seeing the list :-) What are your thoughts on having a single , visible bug database? I'm well aware of the the pain involved in moving from one tracking system to another - I assume that unless your internal system is based on something like bugzilla you'll want to keep the old one around until its contents have become obsolete?
