I was wondering if you could explain why the man pages for visualvm (which has its own repository) are part of the JDK? Wouldn't it make much more sense to keep the man pages with the rest of visulvm? The visualvm launcher is maintained there, so it would be easier to keep the man pages consistent with the launcher. The proprietary JDK can install the man pages along with the rest of visualvm, of course. I must be missing something.
