That's planned for early march. The attached email from Sean includes
this schedule:

As usual, the 7u-dev forest correspond to the latest active 7u release
currently 7u12. 7u-dev/hotspot is a snapshot of hs24, which is the hotspot
for 7u12, hence the tags.

No it's not too late.
We didn't take snapshots in the last couple of weeks (unable to
run PIT),
I did a last minute snap this week and will probably do one next week
but we want to reserve these for testing new features only, based
on the 7u12 schedule,
after that we have a few more weeks for bug fixing and I will make
sure to
get this in. Hopefully this patch will still apply. Apologies for
the delay
