Approved for jdk7u-dev. There's no testcase so please add the
appropriate noreg-* label to bug report.
Also - I see JDK-2223192 7u6 record closed as "won't fix" - can you
consider reusing this recordfor 7u to avoid confusion ? Reopen it and
re-target it to 7u40 before pushing your changeset.
