Is this request for 7u40 or 7u60? (7u-dev). You didn't make that clear.
If it's for 7u40, you need to follow the Phase2 request template :

The 7u40 stabilization forests[1] should become available before the end
of the week.

This is not a backport. JDK 8 should be modified too but the issue is
worst in JDK 7, for this reason the code has been developed first for
this repo. Also I expect the code for JDK 8 to be different to this one.
