The fix for jdk7u40 is a straight backport with no changes. The issue affects TCK test and as such it needs to be addressed. It is a straight backport with no additional effort required to integrate. All the jtreg and JCK tests were successfully run. Not integrating will mean having the related TCK test excluded for a longer time. The fix was reviewed by 2 peers - alanb, sjiang Thanks, -JB-
