The setup of 7u40 stabilization forest has been met with several issues :
* b30 delayed due to deploy request
* Installer sync changes broke b31 (weds night)
* Hudson crashed on re-attempting to build31 (thurs night)
and now we've got mercurial configuration issues which have blocked 7u40
fix pushes since yesterday. (ops team are working this)
Given that, would it be wise to push b31 out by a day ? (assuming
mercurial issues are resolved today)
This does not affect the hsx, deploy or install teams who work from
different team forests since it looks like master forest is ok.
