That test has had @ignore in jdk8 for some time, I didn't realize that
it wasn't @ignore-d in jdk7u. The change looks okay although adding
8023964 to the @bug might be confusion as it's not a test for that bug.
Hopefully someone will take pity on that test someday and either fix it
or shoot it. I vaguely remember Pavel Tisnovsky from Red Hat started to
work on it but it was the jdk7 end-game and I don't think the patch went in.
