The translation message update for each release is handled separately.
We detect the English resource file changes for each release and this is
usually different between releases, so there is no easy way to port the
whole set of changes from one release to another.

Since we perform resource file translation updates separately for jdk8
and jdk7u, these changes are specific to jdk7u and not exactly
ported back from
jdk8 (but they are mostly the same as jdk8).
