With 7u80 being out of the door, it's time to update the jdk7u
maintainer team.
I'd like to thank Sean Coffey, Jeff Dinkins, Rob McKenna and Naoto Sato
for their tireless work as JDK 7 Updates Project maintainers over the
past years.
As they have now moved on [0] to the JDK 8 Updates Project, I now
'undelegate' that authority from them.
I will update this Project's Wiki page to reflect the changes.
