I hereby nominate Andrew Dinn (adinn) [0] to OpenJDK 7 Committer. Andrew co-wrote the original AArch64 port [1] and is the the author of 32 patches in the OpenJDK sources [2]. He is already a reviewer for OpenJDK 9+.
