yes this is caused by the re-packaging,re-licencing,... script in the source project, so Miran will fix it to assure the next integration is fine. It's hard to avoid these since jax code goes through multiple stages transformation before it gets to JDK. Can we do anything ourselves to automate licence check within jprt runs e.g.?

The jdk headers are punctuation changes.

jaxws integrated 51 files with a wrong GPL header, so that part is a bit
more involved.
Still no code changes, just headers, so anyone is qualified to review them.
