I hereby nominate Peter Levart to jdk8 Committer.
Those on core-libs-dev or lambda-dev will know Peter from his regular
contributions and review comments. Peter has contributed or
co-contributed more than 8 significant changes to jdk8 including the
implementation of JEP-149 to reduce the footprint of java.lang.Class,
improving scalability of java.lang.reflect.Proxy and re-working the
synchronization of annotations to fix several long standing issues. He
is also co-reviewer on a significant number of other changes.
