error while running inheritance1.conf

I am running inheritance1.conf. The first time when i run it, it works 
fine (i do get some errors), but when i run it two or more times i get 
the following error:

   [java] ERROR 23505: The statement was aborted because it would have 
caused a duplicate key value in a unique or primary key constraint or 
unique index identified by 'SQL050904110721830' defin
ed on 'PERSONS'.
does that mean that the datastore still contains rows? I thought that 
tests would clean the db after running.
