The latest spec calls for changes to the metadata regarding fetch groups. The
fetch-depth attribute of field has been removed, replaced with the
recursion-depth attribute. Additionally, the FetchPlan interface has been
changed by adding several methods: get/setDetachmentRoots,
get/setDetachmentRootClasses, get/setMaxFetchDepth
