Addressed are comments 1-6 from Craig:
- added integration with TCK
- refactored code into directories: ...tck/api and .../tck/utils/signature
- removed separate stderr stream but introduced options: -q and -v
A minor nuisance is that the test is run twice (datastore+application identity).
Currently the test failes with 3 public non-standard features reported.
