Yup, 'tis broken. Errors occurring in the logs when it tries to do svn
things - looks like it times out. Unless it's doing svn log on the top
level, it shouldn't be stopped by mod_dontdothat (denial of service
blocker).

I've emailed Jeff about it as I'm not very clueful on how it's working
under the hood.
