The attached patch makes the following changes in addition the ones in the
patch provided by Andy:
- http://www.jpox.org/downloads/maven-nightly is added to the remote repository
list to provide automatic download of JPOX snapshots
- URLs in project.xml are updated to point to new jar file repositories for
display when manual download fails
***Note that bcel-5.2.jar is NOT available from the remote maven repository.
An archive must be manually downloaded and unpacked and the jar file copied to
the local maven repository.***
