Update on this issue: On our last call I committed to having this draft
available this Friday (8/31). Given my current workload, I'm not going to have
this done as planned. Unfortunately, I'll be away through September 13th, so
won't be able to get to it for some time, either. Please contact Matthew Adams
with any questions on this topic; he's offered to field questions. I'll pick
the ball back up when I return from vacation.
