We are currently on maven 1 with a complex maven.xml that will take some time to migrate. But we also have a maven 2 pom that we can publish, along with the updated maven-metadata.xml.
You can override it by putting a new one under http://people.apache.org/repo/m2-ibiblio-rsync-repository/ (and letting me know to setup an automatic sync)
