I'm planning on copying api2 and tck2 to api and tck, respectively,
leaving the former alone. The new api and tck will be used for JDO 3.0
and forward.
I'll copy whatever part of model20, enhancer20, etc. are needed by tck
after the copy so api is standalone and tck depends only on api.
I'll start on this later this week (if there are any other changes for
api2 or tck2 please let me know).
