Michelle has added index entries for chapters 1-11. It goes quite
quickly; the UI for adding index entries is user friendly; e.g. ignore
case for automatic index entries. Expects to have done with chapter 14
this weekend.
Michael plans to take JIRAs for the query language.

Matthew reports using DataNucleus with MongoDB and has some issues but
it seems to work for the most part. Michael reports some minor issues
with queries with this implementation.
Craig has looked into the process of releasing the specification.
There is a bit of bureaucracy and there are some management approvals
involved.
