What about JDO-714? Move version control to git. Gitflow in particular
is pretty sweet.
All of the active committers in JDO are comfortable with svn, a few
are ok with git. Apache infrastructure does have some additional
requirements for projects moving to git. AI Matthew contact infra to
see what would be involved, to let us make an informed decision.
