Review of the test class: doesn't compile. Missing a helper method
errorIfNotEqual. Need to test all methods including those that have
their own PM method as well as those that can only use setProperty.
Also need to test case-insensitive property names.
3. News on spec update?
Only issue is getting a new copyright notice and updating spec for
JDO-678.
4. News on deploying javax.jdo:jdo2-api:2.3-ec to maven central?
There are no plans for the jdo project to upload unreleased artifacts.
