The TCK release artifacts are jdo-3.1-rc1-src.tar.gz and
jdo-3.1-rc1-src.zip in
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapachejdo-088/org/apache/jdo/3.1-rc1/.
The JDO api release artifacts are jdo-3.1-rc1.jar,
jdo-3.1-rc1-javadoc.jar and jdo-3.1-rc1-sources.jar.
