Proposal: we add to the spec that the behavior Optional<Optional<?>> is unspecified. TCK tests for Optional<?>: maybe extend the company model and add a new field Person.spouse of type Optional<Person>. 2. JDO-747 "Behavior of delete() with multiple concurrent Transactions" https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JDO-747 Tilmann will try to look into the RI to see what need to be changed to support the changed behavior. He will ask Andy for pointers in the RI code. 3. JDO 3.1: Need to go through change lists in JIRA for 3.1 RC1 and 3.1 to prepare JCP Change Log No news 4. As of Andy's comment in the JIRA, the only thing that is missing is the spec update. Question: should the spec define the required Java version? Maybe in chapter 1?
