Attendees: Michael Bouschen, Tilmann Zäschke, Craig Russell

Next meeting: Thursday January 11 9:30 AM Pacific

Agenda:

1. New JIRA "Update requirement of ConnectionDriverName since JDBC 4 changed
requirements" https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JDO-771

If there are multiple drivers that might support the jdo url, the current
scheme would allow the user to specify which driver is to be used. But there is
no test case for this, and it is probably anomalous. As Andy says, "I've never
come across such a situation, ever."

AI Craig update the JIRA.

Still need an update to the specification. Volunteer?

2. JDO-770 "Switch from svn to git"
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JDO-770

Still need to think about whether it is worthwhile to spend the effort on
making a change. We need to investigate whether there are any tooling issues
that depend on svn commands, such as release processes.

3. JDO-766 "Support more JDBC-aware databases in JDO TCK"
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JDO-766

no change.

4. JIRA JDO-769 "Revise PMFMapMapTest test cases using two class loaders"
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JDO-769

in progress.

5. Need to resolve specification lead issue now that Craig is no longer working
for Oracle.
