Adjust hosting configuration to match new setup
Adjusts the publishing '.asf.yaml' configuration to use 'content/jdo' as
the subdir.
Adds '.htaccess', setting up URL forwarding from 'db.apache.org/jdo/*'
to 'db.apache.org/content/jdo/*'. This was done to act as if the website
were hosted under 'jdo' directly.
