Please review the changes in the jdo-709-spec branch. I think it's ready to merge.
I had just a bit of trouble with the description of converters used with Map keys and values and Collection elements. I actually do not know if DataNucleus supports converted keys, values, and elements for persistent Maps and Collections. I'm pretty sure we have no test cases...
