Hi Michael Just opened the ODM file without any problem under Ubuntu 18.04 x64 and Windows 7 x64 so it seems to be a Mac specific problem.
Have you opened a bug report at https://bz.apache.org/ooo/ ? If so, please share the link. If you can test versions 4.1.3 and 4.1.4 that could help locating the regression.
