Created proposal to migrate specification to LaTeX

Hi all,

during the last conference call, I proposed to migrate the existing 
specification from OpenOffice to LaTeX. I created the following Jira for 
it: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JDO-798

I mentioned some advantages LaTeX would offer in my opinion, so have a 
look if you are interested. We can discuss the proposal in more detail 
during the next conference call. (I am not sure whether I have the time 
to create the sample document until then.)
