Need to add links to the new specification git repo on the source-code.html and specifications.html Need to add clickable links to the source github repos; keep the references to gitbox Need to update home page footer for latest javadocs Need to update specifications.html to add links to new repository and restore the 3.1 specification and remove 3.1-rc1. 2.
