Some exectck classes may be improved:
* AbstractTCKMojo, PropertyUtils, Utilites: close reader or stream in a
try-with-resource
* PropertyUtils: remove unused methods
* AbstractTCKMojo, Enhance, RunTCK: Replace the type specification in the
constructoir call with the diamond operator (<>)
