It will be in vermillion b121, and integrate snv_128. I think you can try ConsoleKit reboot/shutdown interfaces.
NOTE, since GNOME 2.28 will go into snv_124, ConsoleKit and new GDM will be taken out for vermillion b124. So I'd suggest you hold the changes committing into spec-files. Thanks, Halton.
