Matt recently wrote a script that goes through our
manpages and builds a table which highlights which
ARC case(s) correspond to each interface. This way,
when someone asks our team for a contract, we can
easily point them towards the ARC case where the
interface stability level was defined.

Note the ARC case is stored in a comment, so it isn't
visible to people who are viewing the manpage via the
"man" command. It is just intended to be something
that you can access via looking at the man page file
directly for the comment.
