attached patches and change of spec file fixed the bug that gtkmm-demo cannot load required resource files.
patch gtkmm-03-demo.diff, enable the gtkmm-demo to locate the resource from designated directory. originally, it only look for the current directory. patch gtkmm-04-demo-installation, install the required resource files to /usr/share/gtkmm-2.4/demo Changes in the spec files reflected these changes.
