OK, I will send the SUNWdesktop-other-l10n.spec file for the review.
SUNWdesktop-other-l10n-$lang is fine with me instead.

However a possible concern is people may be confused by the package names, 
"what is the '-other' packages against" because we don't deliver any 
SUNWdesktop-${foo}-l10n packages.
