It seems you would test it by running:

   gvfs-mount cdda://sr0

If you read the thread, it seems the GNOME community wasn't in strong
agreement that this is plugin very useful, so I wouldn't complain if we
decide to not support this feature on Solaris.  However, I think we
should base our decision on the community discussion.
