Two new GDM patches, both upstream:
1) The first provides a better fix for supporting Xsun's Xnest, which
doesn't like the ":unscaled" suffix in the fontpath. It also adds
Xephyr support and makes Xephyr the default Xnest program since it
works much better.
2) The second path makes sure we don't link GDM against D-Bus if it
isn't being used (we don't currently build with ConsoleKit).
