This patch fixes the nautilus crash bug 6514048 which occurs in vermillion 57.
The cause of the problem seems to be tighter error checking in gtkuimnanager.c. The fix is to change the name of the action Home to Documents in the ui xml files as the action Home is not defined and Documents is.
