Hi,

Review of fix to enable the ability to set the time and date from clock applet's
preferences.

Patch was already generated for bug :
    http://monaco.sfbay.sun.com/detail.jsf?cr=6702799

And just discovered that patch was never applied in the spec file because of
bug:
    http://defect.opensolaris.org/bz/show_bug.cgi?id=4613

Time Settings button on the clock applet in community version of gnome-panel
uses PolicyKit to determine of the button should be enabled or not. However
we don't have PolicyKit on Solaris and probably won't have for some time.

So the fix is simply to revert back to what the clock applet used to do, in that
check if Admin tool "time-admin" is on users PATH, and if so enable the "Time
Settings" button. time-admin handles authorities.

Attached is the patch, which is already in SVN for trunk and gnome-2.24, the
change here os to actually apply the patch in gnome-panel.spec.
