Hi All,

    Here is a fix for [ 5013 ] nautilus time-slider UI should provide a
UI preference to disable it.

This fix adds a nautilus preferences
/apps/nautilus/preferences/enable_time_slider that is set allow nautilus
to scan for snapshots for each directory browsed. If it's unset
snapshots are not searched.
This fix is a stop gap measure until the snapshot scanning is
implemented in an asynchronous way.

The diff below if the difference between the nautilus with the
time-slider patch without the "disable" preference
and nautilus with the "disable" preference, it is more meaningful
than a diff of a diff.

          Thanks,

             Erwann

PS: I've omitted the glade file diff as it is almost unreadable. the
glade file diff is available on request.
