I talked with Takao Fujiwara, so he seems happy enough not to do have
the G10N done
for now, since there are many of the cursor themes are not G10N. So I
can removed those 2 files.

In fact, I am going to remove everything from spec-files-other as I have
discovered that
neutral plus cursor theme was integrated into OpenSolaris 200.05 through
SUNWgnome-theme.spec,
so I am going to deliver through that instead of creating new package name.

Also talked to Alan Coopersmith about ARC, since in a previous ARC case,
the
/usr/share/icons/<theme>/cursors has been 'reserved' for cursor theme
according to
freedesktop standard. I am happy not to file an ARC case for the sake of
filing a case.
