dialog .mo file includes the translation of "yes" and "no" and when launch dialog on locales, it always crashes because curses unctrl() supports ASCII only. To enable USE_WIDE_CURSES and HAVE_WGET_WCH in dlg_config.h, the tarball is very old.
I'd like to bump the tarball. The attached patch works fine with me.
