Assume you mean "moves Terminal to the Accessories menu"? If so, are you sure we need a patch for this? I thought we were already patching gnome-terminal's .desktop file so it would appear on the System Tools menu, so we would just need to revert that patch to move it back. Sorry, the Root Terminal menu item should *not* be on the menu by default-- that's why it's in italics in the spec. An italic entry indicates where the application should appear when it is unhidden by the user (using the menu editor), or downloaded and installed. I guess this is probably confusing, and I should show this some other way... In this case (IIRC), the desktop file for Root Terminal is already installed by SUNWgksu, and we are already patching it to add the line "NoDisplay=True" (or perhaps that's happening upstream now). Either way, no further patches should be required here to install it and/or hide this desktop file, AFAIK.
