vino-passwd is new interface in gnome 2.24. It is a CLI tool to change
vino login password, it is shipped under /usr/bin/. Please review man
page for it.

NAME
vino-passwd - change vino login password
SYNOPSIS
vino-passwd [--help] [--version]
DESCRIPTION
vino-passwd is command line tool to change vino login pass-
word.
OPTIONS
These programs follow the usual GNU command line syntax,
with long options starting with two dashes (`-'). A summary
of options for the command vino-passwd is included below.
-?, --help display this help and exit
-v, --version output version information and exit
