Hello, The main reason for this bug is there is another data source for User information, for instance, NIS , LDAP or whatever, and accidently intputed Username or UID exists in those source but not in /etc/passwd. This patch just add User name and User ID check by using getpwnam and getpwuid to avoid this happening.
