There is no specific bug is this change tries to by-pass. Since 
gnome-cleanup is meant to restore the user's session to reasonable 
default which my patch here is doing as there have been noticeably more 
configurations are moving into $HOME/.config than in $HOME/.gnome2 now. 
There are gnome-session/nautilus bugs which are being tracked separately 
relating to the re-implementation of the old xsmp session.
